Children growing up to become independent teenagers, times changing, relationships with people and alcohol altering. As my role as mother changes from being the primary care giver to stepping back and making peace with a new phase of parenting. I wonder what is next, what will fill the void of no longer being a full time stay at home mom. This is the foundation years of building a healthy exuberant life without relying on numbing out big feelings. As I embark on a journey of self discovery and sobriety I look forward to where the adventurous and meandering path leads.
