Bill Granger’s recipes have been firm favourites in our family for 20 years. I am wanting to capture his fresh, light and bright flavours and happy memories in this work. These are our two favourite books of his and are rather worn and much loved- his recipes are now cooked by heart by our grown-up kids. I love this little antique French farmhouse jug and always have it filled with herbs ready in the kitchen. I enjoy exploring the quality of light in my oil paintings and seek to give the viewer a sense of peace and calm. |
