| Majestic King Protea get better as they age and die. The colours transform in this case from white in full bloom through shades of blueish lavender to silver. The colour palette glows as they begin their slow death ageing with even more beauty. My own reaction to ageing has taught me a great deal about transition in mind and body so perhaps this has been my inspiration, my own experience. |
