| Letting loose is about releasing all that pent up white noise that can disrupt our normally happy lives. The exuberant exhaling of breath and feeling less tight, less wired is something we all need from time to time. This energetic painting reflects on my experience of blowing away those negative feelings and letting the clean fresh air back into my mind and body. |
