Irena is an exhibiting member of Art West Community Gallery (AWCG) and has also exhibited at the Royal Queensland Exhibition (Ekka), Downlands Art Exhibition, Toowoomba, Royal Queensland Art Society (RQAS), Lions Club Art Extravaganza at Mt. Gravatt, THECA, at Chapel Hill, Ipswich Art Awards and the Brookfield Art Show, where her painting was awarded a prize.
• Acrylics are her preferred medium.
• Vibrant colours warm her soul and she attempts to bring that warmth into her paintings.
• Many artworks have received highly commended awards and a prize in an exhibition.
• Her artworks have pride of place in homes throughout Australia, USA and Netherlands.
Irena also has a keen love of photography, and says she is always on the lookout to capture that “certain” scene.
