| Diz aka JB’s artwork is like a performance art of its own. He rose to artistic esteem during his days as a Graffiti writer in the late eighties, early nineties and gained both respect and notoriety for his dynamic displays of artistic genius that scattered the walls of Brisbane from North to South. This has been featured in numerous magazines & websites around the world.
Jamie has produced exceptional logo, and mural work for clients that include: QPAC, the National Youth Festival, and Brisbane Youth Service. He has facilitated youth art workshops and has become well known for his trademark character paintings.
Jamie has been an exhibiting artist at many galleries including The Logan Art Gallery, Lapart Wallspace, The Arts Factory, Modus Studios and City Hall Gallery. Jamie and his artwork has been featured in national magazines, tv, hotels & café’s.
He has made television appearances and has sold nationally and internationally. Jamie has been hailed as one of Brisbane’s most dynamic and articulate painters.
He currently works as a Graphic Designer. He has done extensive design & production work ranging from large companies including Goodlife Health Clubs, Hutchison, Westfield, and Coca Cola to smaller companies including Iceworks and Lapart.
Jamie’s success as an artist precedes him and his skill and vision defines the masterpieces which feature his trademark ‘jb’ logo. Jamie has studied his Masters degree in Contemporary Art. |
