| In my working life in Education I really enjoyed providing art experiences for children with special needs so in my retirement I knew that art would be a wonderful hobby. I tried watercolours and oils but when my family gifted me some art classes at Arts Tree Studio I have embraced painting in acrilycs with the help of their tuition. I am proud of the work I have produced especially the portraits of my Grandchildren followed by landscapes, seascapes, plants and flowers and recently some beautiful birds. I now find myself enjoying painting more and more and look for inspiration in nature and where ever I might be. |
